Enchanted River, Surigao del Sur PH

Enchanted River is one of the famous tourist spots in Mindanao nowadays to both locals and foreigners. It is known enchanted because the fishes will come up during their feeding time with a background music and then disappear when done. These fishes have sizes like a big plate. You can see clearly these fishes because the water is so clear.

The place had cottage, in order to save make sure to bring with you your food, you just only pay the corkage with a little bucks.

If you are living in Davao City proper, you will arrived at this place for 5 hours. Since I live in Panabo City, I only arrived approximately for 4 hours. We went to this place through our personal van. But you can also ride a Bachelor bus with a placard BISLIG Hinatuan to get there form Davao City.

We arrived there at a holiday season, so the place was crowded. We bring foods there and we were so luckily by that time we get a cottage.

You will feel scared and at the same time enjoying yourself into the water. You will feel scared if you don't know how to swim but don't worry you can also rent a life jacket! :)

You can see the clearness of the water. When no one is going to swim I'm pretty sure you will be amazed on how clearly the water is. The sand is limestone so you can clearly see the limestone sand by looking at the river.

At the end of the river, there's a boat. You have to rent the boat in order to reach Sibadan floating cottage. Sibadan is a floating cottage that have bedrooms for tourists and at the same time having a little restaurant that serves fresh sea foods.

You see how abundant this place is? There's so much fishes in the morning when you wake up. You will see different kinds of fishes and sea creatures that you could only see for the first time. We are having our breakfast with a fresh fish soup served.

TIP: The best cheap travel you can always do is to travel with your family because you will be free from any expenses... Hehehe.. (That's what I did! shhh...)
